The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The front desk team was efficient and genuinely welcoming. Every question was handled with ease and every request felt like a priority. The room itself was spotless, and you can tell housekeeping takes real pride in their work everything was clean and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The cleaning staff was so kind always greeting us with a smile. A special shoutout to Marlos at the front door who was absolutely amazing helping us with our bags and guiding us to our room on arrival. The amenities across the property were just as impressive. They were well kept and truly luxurious. Everywhere we went the staff was attentive and consistently made us feel taken care of. Overall this is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had and we can’t wait to return!

The Ballentyne is a beautiful hotel that provides excellent service! Tatiana kept our room clean and organized. The front desk staff were amazing. Jaylen from concierge provided great food recommendations and was very helpful. The gallery restaurant has a great brunch. Ask for Mardie or Jenne, they provide great service. Lots to do in Charlotte. I hands down would stay here again!

I had such a wonderful stay at The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, but what truly made the experience special was the incredible team. A big thank you to Olivia, Jay, Jeffrey, Christoph, Blake, and Iva, along with so many others on the staff who took such great care of me during my stay. Everyone was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. I travel quite a bit, and the little things really make a difference. The team was always so helpful bringing my packages to me or tracking them down when they arrived. They also went above and beyond when helping with my laundry — not only was it handled quickly, but it was returned beautifully packaged and prepared. It was such a thoughtful touch. What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and personal everyone was. Every time I walked through the lobby, someone greeted me and made me feel welcomed. It’s rare to experience that level of hospitality. Thank you again to the 5 star team who made my stay so memorable. I’m truly grateful and look forward to coming back.

Special thanks to Blake at the front desk who went the extra mile when our room was not ready to accommodate our luggage and made us comfortable while we waited. Here for a work conference and everything the staff did was above and beyond. They prepared breakfast and dinner buffets and I was really impressed with the quality. All of the service staff was very professional and friendly. We spent one evening in the Top Golf Swing Suite and again I couldn't be more impressed with the F&B team running the event. The hotel is huge and a bit of a maze but there were plenty of signs and staff was very helpful. Every part of the building I was was well maintained and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Easy to walk over to restaurants and also nice walking path on site. Enjoyed delicious breakfast each morning but main restaurant was under renovation when we stayed and this made the lobby area noisy and crowded on the weekend especially during the English Tea service. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable.

The Ballantyne is a go to if you want the luxury. We came around Christmas time and it was awesome. The buffet here is beyond delicious. You have to try it. The rooms are what makes it luxury. It can get busy when it is check in time. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. And there is a balcony to which I do not understand why, because, there is really loud cars near the hotel especially at night, so it will be hard to sleep. But the hotel is a must. Most luxury hotel in Charlotte!
